Dr. Chang is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and has trained at some of the premier plastic surgery centers in the United States, including a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship in Rochester, New York and a Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship in Beverly Hills and Newport Beach, California.
Dr. Chang is the owner and Medical Director of Aesthetica Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center, where he has been in practice for over 10 years. Dr. Chang has two offices in Northern Virginia: his Leesburg office is located in Loudoun County near the Lansdowne Resort; his Reston office is located in Fairfax County near INOVA Reston Hospital.
Dr. Chang is also the owner and Medical Director of Radiance Salon & Medi-Spa with two locations in Eastern Loudoun County. Radiance is located in The Broadlands Center Plaza in Ashburn (near Bonefish) and in the Lansdowne Town Center in Leesburg (near The Dock).
